Upon confirmation of your order, the bottles are collected and sent to the international courier, who will take care of delivering them to your home. The bottles are inserted in a polystyrene block, which protects them from damage, knocks and sudden changes in temperature.

Within 10-15 working days the bottles will be delivered to your address. We recommend that you leave them to rest for at least 24 hours before opening them.

The delivery address cannot be changed by the recipient and an Adult Signature is always required (21 years olde for the US) for the delivery. Being shipments of alcoholic beverages, we guarantee to comply with the laws in force in the different delivery countries.

In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts, you can request the express courier to drop off the package at the closest courier facility for you to pick it up, or it will be automatically returned to the sender. During this time, our logistics office will examine the cause of the non-delivery and will help you immediately to solve the issue. After this period of time, the goods are sent back to Italy. In the case of liability by the courier in the non-delivery, the shipment is remade,, without any expense for the recipient.

We are not liable for damages due to causes of Force Majeure (Acts of God) related to events beyond human control, such as sudden floods, earthquakes or other natural disasters. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance procedures.
