Our chef is at your disposal to prepare a lunch or dinner with you. Agree the menu with her, and book the date and time. You’ll find yourself in front of the same ingredients, and it’ll be just like she’s there with you, at your place. For three hours you’ll follow her in all the stages of preparation, from the cooking, to the actual meal. Together with her you’ll also eat the dishes that you’ve prepared, and she’ll highlight some of the similarities and differences that may exist between your and her creations. The menu can be suggested by yourself, or proposed by us, for example being part of a culinary journey through the various regions of Italy. Enjoy your meal!

The owner or winemaker of the company will be at your disposal for a complete visit.

He’ll wait for you at the entrance of the winery, and escort you to visit the vineyards. Following that you’ll be taken to the wine cellar, and he’ll explain the various processes of winemaking. Finally he’ll sit down with you and guide you through a tasting of all the different wines that he produces. In this case too, you can follow our consultant as he does the tasting, or you can participate directly, ordering these wines through our website, and opening them during the session. The winery can be suggested by yourself, or proposed by us, for example being part of a wine journey through the various regions of Italy. Have a good trip!

We’ll begin with Chianti Classico. Our first proposal are wines made by three friends of ours, small holdings that produce good quality wines in the Castellina area: Buondonno, Pomona and Setriolo. In the course of two hours he’ll introduce you to the secrets of organoleptic tasting, and guide you in the sensorial analysis of these three splendid Chianti Classico products. You can follow our consultant as he does the tasting, or you can participate directly, ordering these wines through our website, and opening them during the session.
